Guests may check in anytime after 3:00 p.m.

Early check-ins are not permitted unless otherwise agreed upon prior to the check-in date.

Please be sure all windows and doors remain closed and locked while you are away from the home, as well as after your departure.
•
Laundry: feel free to use the washer, dryer, detergent, etc. in the
laundry room. *please clean out the lint trap after each use.
•
Grill: please do not leave it unattended. while in use.
•
Please put trash and recycling outside in the bins. If you have excess trash, please contact us and we will arrange for a pickup.
•
There are separate instructions for the alarm system.

CHECK OUT
We hope you have enjoyed your stay. Please leave the home in clean and orderly condition. Thank you in advance for your thoughtfulness.
•
Check out time: 10 am (Please abide by this checkout time. Our house cleaner arrives shortly thereafter.)
•
Place all used bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths in a pile on the floor in each bathroom.
•
Leave beds as is. Our cleaner will strip and remove.
•
Please load and run dishwasher when you leave.
•
Please put trash in trash barrels.
•
Please leave the heat on 65 or cooling on 71
•
Turn off all lights.
•
Sign out of personal accounts/apps on smart tvs.
•
Lock the back door and any windows that you may have opened.

HOUSE RULES
•
No smoking of any kind. If you smoke inside the home your reservation will be canceled without a refund and you will be charged up to $500 for smoke abatement.
•
Pets are welcome but must not be left home alone unless caged.
•
No ski boots are to be worn in the house, please. Please leave shoes/boots in the mud room.
•
Quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Please respect our neighbors.
•
Check-in time is 3:00 pm.
•
Please put trash in trash barrels.
•
The minimum age of the primary guest is 21 years old.
•
Checkout time is 10:00 am.
•
Only human waste and toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, or any other materials are prohibited and can cause major issues, at the guest's expense, to our plumbing.
•
Please use the kitchen sink responsibly. Egg shells, dry beans, nuts, coffee grounds, and other hard substances are to be put in the trash, not the sink.
•
Furniture, fixtures, and lighting may not be moved or rearranged.
•
Please use electricity and water responsibly and leave heat on and at 65 degrees even when you're not home. AC should be left at 71.
